In this personal injury case, Corneille Law Group successfully defended a physician in a case where it was alleged that he failed to properly assess the Plaintiff's condition at the time of the admission, and that the nurses were aware of the deteriorating neurological status and ignored it, resulting in Plaintiff being wheelchair-bound with partial use of his hands, and total loss of bowel and bladder control. Plaintiff's attorney had requested a jury award of $14 to $19 million. This defense verdict was ranked No. 1 by the Wisconsin Law Journal for the “Top 10 Zero-Dollar Verdicts” in 2007.
