In this insurance coverage case, Corneille Law Group successfully argued that an individual who caused extensive property damage after driving a borrowed vehicle into the living room of a house was not covered under the vehicle owners' insurance policy. The Plaintiff claimed that the driver had permission to use the vehicle on the night of the accident because he had used the vehicle on numerous prior occasions. At trial, the jury returned a verdict that the driver exceeded the scope of the vehicle owners' permission when he used their vehicle on the night of the accident.
