Jason is a seasoned trial attorney who approaches each case as an intellectual challenge.  With a natural aptitude for sciences and a healthy sense of competition, he is a methodical and tenacious advocate for his clients.

Jason began trying cases while still in law school at DePaul University in Chicago, where he earned a temporary law license and prosecuted cases as a clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago.  Upon graduation, he was hired as an Assistant State's Attorney, and spent the next twenty-one years in courtrooms across the county standing up for victims of crime.  Litigating over 70 jury trials and countless motions and bench trials, Jason honed his skills going up against some of the most experienced attorneys in the largest self-contained criminal justice system in the country.

Jason's work earned him the respect of his partners and supervisors, and he was frequently assigned cases with complex or technical issues.  His casework gave him the opportunity to work with expert witnesses in fields that include a variety of medical disciplines, motor vehicle crash reconstruction, cell phone communications, genetics, computer systems and statistics.  Jason knows that having a working knowledge of such evidence is the best way to effectively argue persuasively to a jury.

After leaving Chicago, Jason and his family moved to Wisconsin, his wife, Heather's, home state.  When he's not at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and their son, Truman; mostly trying to keep Toffee the dog off Webster and Mickey Mouse the cats.
