Connor was born and raised in Saginaw Michigan. He obtained his B.S. and minor at Michigan State University in Public Policy and Anthropology. While at Michigan State University, Connor competed in mock-trial competitions across the country and participated in numerous other clubs. Connor also founded a non-profit organization to aid the local homeless population of Lansing, Michigan. While in his undergraduate studies, Connor also interned for the Honorable Andre Borrello of the Saginaw Circuit Court.

After graduating, Connor moved to the Badger State, where he earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin. While in law school, Connor served as a student associate in the law school's Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic gaining valuable experience working with corporate clients. During law school, Connor competed on the University of Wisconsin Law School's Mock Trial team. Connor also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ellen Berz and the Honorable Rhonda Lanford of the Dane County Circuit Court and for Justice Rebecca Dallet of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

In his free time, Connor enjoys spending time with family, fishing, cycling around the lakes of Madison, motorsports, and riding his motorcycle.
