Dave Pliner and Adam Fitzpatrick obtained a summary judgment in favor of a large hospital system dismissing it from the case following extensive briefing and preliminary discovery. The issues revolving around the eventual dismissal ranged from service of process to master/servant to agency. After complete briefing with supporting affidavits and oral argument, the Court ruled in favor of the hospital and granted full dismissal, with prejudice.
