Dismissal

A neonatologist was sued in connection with her care of an infant who spent five days in the NICU after her birth.  Corneille Law Group successfully moved for dismissal of all claims against the neonatologist on the grounds that Plaintiffs lacked evidence proving any negligence on the part of the neonatologist.
