Jennifer Wiechec is a litigation paralegal with over 20 years of experience, concentrating in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and personal injury.  She focuses her efforts on analysis of medical records and other litigation documents, assisting in strategic planning and decision making, trial preparation, and assisting attorneys in the courtroom at trial, including electronic exhibit presentation.   Jennifer also works closely with clients on pre-claim evaluations through medical records and document review to break down pertinent information, allowing the client to focus their efforts on the relevant facts and issues of their cases.  

Jennifer is certified through NALA - The Paralegal Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin and is the President and Website Editor of the Madison Area Paralegal Association.  She has an advanced certification in trial practice through NALA - The Paralegal Association.  Jennifer also routinely mentors other paralegal professionals and has taught seminars on the topics of trial preparation and strategies, and medical records analysis.
