MARK BUDZINSKI OFFERS CLOSING ARGUMENT AT ABOTA SEMINAR

Mark Budzinski was recently selected to provide the closing argument for the defense, at the 34th Annual Institute of Trial Practice ABOTA seminar that took place on November 20th of 2024.  Each year the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) puts on a mock trial seminar that provides an immersive trial experience from opening statements to closing arguments and jury deliberation.  This year's 34th Annual Institute of Trial Practice was presided over by the Hon. Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, the ABOTA Chapter's Trial Judge of the Year.  The subject matter of the the trial this year was trucking accident case.  Mark Budzinski provided the closing argument for the defense team, and provided insight on the preparation and the presentation of closing arguments to the attendees of the conference.
