 In a three-day slip and fall jury trial, Corneille Law Group secured a verdict favoring the Defendant Business.  The plaintiff alleged the Defendant Business was negligent in maintaining its parking area during winter months because there was a patch of ice in a parking stall.  The Defendant Business contended that it maintained the parking lot as safely as could reasonably be expected given the winter conditions and that Plaintiff failed in her duty to maintain appropriate lookout for ice, especially given her experience with Wisconsin winters.
