Corneille Law Group, LLC, today announced Attorneys Adam Fitzpatrick and John Healy have been named partners in the firm.  

Having started his career with 15 years in the healthcare industry, Fitzpatrick brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to his work as an attorney, particularly as a litigator defending providers from medical malpractice claims. His work also encompasses a range of general liability defense cases, from personal injury to large construction losses. In 2021, Fitzpatrick completed a rigorous application and testing process to achieve Board Certification as a civil practice advocate from the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), a distinction only achieved by approximately three percent of attorneys. He was also named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2021.

Upon joining Corneille in 2014, Healy quickly established himself as a highly respected litigator among his peers and clients. In 2017, he was selected by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers each year since 2019. He is a member of the Corneille Law Group medical negligence team which garnered a first tier ranking by U.S. News and World Report: Best Law Firms for medical malpractice defense in 2021. Currently, Healy sits on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Defense Counsel.

In addition to serving as lead counsel on more cases and with additional associate attorney support, both Fitzpatrick and Healy will take on additional responsibility in day-to-day management of the firm under the leadership of Managing Partner Mark Budzinski.
